It is very important to me to stay healthy, physically mentally spiritually emotionally, and whenever I find something special that is working for me, I cannot help but share it with all my friends and family.
Today I would like to tell you about this meditation technique. I myself have been meditating with this technique for a while, and I know it works.
The changes I have seen in myself, are amazing. I am so much calmer then I used to be, and I find when I need to focus and concentrate on work, I can do so more effeciently.

Do yourself a favour, and attend the introductory talk at the centre in houghton. and please share this with others you think may be interested.

I was a dedicated TM practitioner for 5+ years. I havent been active for some time and wish to join group meditation again. What do I need to do to join again? I also have a few friends that are interested – what costsare involved?

You’d be hugely welcome to visit the Houghton TM Centre on a Thursday evening. There is yoga at 6 and a group meditation check at 6.40. Call 011 483 0684 around midday Thursday to check the session is on and to book for a delicious vege supper if its available that evening. Regarding costs – there is a wide range of options available for your friends. Best invite them to a free intro talk (most Wednesdays). There we can find the plan that best suits their needs.
