Dr Norman Rosenthal said to Jenny Crws Williams on 702 recently: “it’s just a pleasure, it’s easy, there’s an effortlessness about it. That’s the first thing. The second thing is the potency of it. I recommend it often to my patients. In one week my wife noticed the difference. She noticed I don’t get angry as quickly. I don’t get revved up.”

Russell Simmons had this to say in a recent blog: “I have been a meditator for about 12 years. It has given me energy, strength, health, wisdom, and access to my own inner stillness, inner silence, inner bliss. It is my connection to myself; it is my connection to the universe.  About two years ago, I visited a school in South Africa where all the students practiced one particular form of meditation–Transcendental Meditation (TM). They were bright, alert, energized with life.”

Just received this comment via email from L van D.:
Good day all,
It is very important to me to stay healthy, physically mentally spiritually emotionally, and whenever I find something special that is working for me, I cannot help but share it with all my friends and family.
Today I would like to tell you about this meditation technique. I myself have been meditating with this technique for a while, and I know it works.
The changes I have seen in myself, are amazing. I am so much calmer then I used to be, and I find when I need to focus and concentrate on work, I can do so more effeciently.

Do yourself a favour, and attend the introductory talk at the centre in houghton. and please share this with others you think may be interested.

You’d be hugely welcome to visit the Houghton TM Centre on a Thursday evening. There is yoga at 6 and a group meditation check at 6.40. Call 011 483 0684 around midday Thursday to check the session is on and to book for a delicious vege supper if its available that evening. Regarding costs – there is a wide range of options available for your friends. Best invite them to a free intro talk (most Wednesdays). There we can find the plan that best suits their needs.
